Welcome to new patients

We welcome new patients. Whether it's for a routine visit, a dental emergency or specific care, don't hesitate to make an appointment by phone or online: our professionals will schedule your appointment according to your situation.

Nouveaux patients

First appointment

Is this your first time at the clinic? Our team will give you a warm welcome. The first appointment at the clinic is always a little longer, since we need to take the time to get to know your medical situation and dental needs. In particular, you'll need to fill in a form covering your general state of health, as well as information about your oral health and any treatment you've had in the past. This important information enables our team to adapt certain treatments and pay particular attention to aspects specific to your condition.

To make things easier for you, please arrive about 15 minutes early for your first appointment, so that you can fill in the new patient questionnaire. Our secretaries will welcome and guide you, just before you meet the care team and dentist.

Insurance

We accept insurance policies. Most insurers offer online query transmission, so you'll know quickly if your claim is accepted, and how much is covered. If your insurer is not, we will provide you with the forms to send to them.

Please note that you must pay the full cost of your appointment. You can then claim the covered portion from your insurer for reimbursement. We also remind you that it is your responsibility to find out about the agreement with your insurer, including the types of expenses covered and the maximum amount allocated per year.
